When you scroll through social media, you’re looking for energy.
That’s okay. No judgment, no blame.
You’re tired, hoping for something to lift you up. Don’t blame yourself.
Take it as a signal—time to recharge.
Be grateful for that signal.
Get OUT.
Step outside.
Leave your space, break the cycle.
There are two disciplines to master in life.
The first is the discipline of doing.
It means doing the work, even when you don’t feel like it.
Pushing yourself beyond what you think you can do.
One day, you’ll know you’ve mastered it.
You’ll have trained yourself so hard that doing becomes your default.
That’s a big moment.
(But stay alert—the work on yourself is never finished.)
Now comes the next challenge: the discipline of not doing.
It’s about knowing yourself so well that you trust laziness is gone.
Now it’s time to sit down and understand what you truly need.
In my last article, I spoke about “existence goals.”
You can only reach those with your full energy. Learn when to stop, how to stop.
Care for yourself so you can offer more to the world.
And to yourself.
I am working on this.
Mi sento in colpa x i miei commenti insistenti e mi dispiace 😞
